Privacy notice
AirGen Space, East Midlands, United Kingdom.
What this page covers
This page explains what happens to information you send to AirGen Space through this website, in plain language.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your company if you give one, your email address, the area of interest you select and your message. The submission also records the IP address and browser user agent of the request, which we use to filter automated spam.
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking or third-party analytics on this site. Web fonts are served from this server rather than a third party, so loading the page does not report your visit to anyone else.
Why we hold it
To reply to your enquiry and to continue the conversation that follows from it. That is a legitimate interest under UK GDPR: you contacted us, and we are responding.
We will not sell your details, and we will not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to an AirGen Space mailbox by email. They are handled on our behalf by our hosting and email providers, which is what makes delivery possible. Beyond that they are not published and not disclosed outside AirGen Space, unless you have asked us to make an introduction.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is useful, and reviewed periodically. If you ask us to delete your details, we will.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it. Use the contact form and say so, and we will act on it.
If you are not satisfied with how we respond, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
AirGen Space is an early-stage company and this page will change as the business develops. The version you are reading is the current one.
